PepsiCo Launches Red Rock Deli® Gourmet Chips in India
Chennai: PepsiCo India has introduced Red Rock Deli®, Australia’s iconic gourmet snack brand, to Indian consumers, marking a new chapter in premium snacking. Crafted with sunflower oil and advanced cooking technologies, the range debuts with four globally inspired flavours: Basil Thai Sweet Chilli (Kettle), Olive & Greek Salad (Baked), Cheddar & Parmesan Risotto Style (Baked), and Cheese & Korean Buldak (Popped).
Positioned as a mindful indulgence for India’s food-curious consumers, Red Rock Deli® offers kettle-cooked chips, baked variants with 40% less fat, and popped chips containing vegetables and rice. Each format is designed to deliver refined crunch and layered flavours without the heaviness of conventional snacking.

Ahead of the launch, Red Rock Deli® collaborated with food and lifestyle creators to spark curiosity and offered early tastings through quick-commerce platforms. The brand also hosted The Evening Edit, a curated experience led by Chef Kunal Kapur, where chefs and tastemakers explored the brand’s global gourmet roots through a sensorial journey.
