Quess Corp Announces Leadership Team for Demerged Entities
Mumbai: Quess Corp, a leading business services provider, has announced the appointment of new leadership teams for its demerged entities, Digitide Solutions Ltd and Bluspring Enterprises Ltd.
The company has appointed Gurmeet Chahal as CEO of Digitide Solutions Ltd, a digital technology services company. Chahal brings over 25 years of experience in the North American technology market.
Kamal Pal Hoda, formerly Group CFO of Quess Corp, has been elevated to CEO of Bluspring Enterprises Ltd, an infrastructure services company. Hoda brings over two decades of expertise in core business finance.
Guruprasad Srinivasan will continue to lead Quess Corp Ltd as CEO. Sushanth Pai has been appointed as the new CFO of Quess Corp.
The demerger is expected to be completed by June 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. Shareholders of Quess Corp will receive shares in Digitide and Bluspring, mirroring their existing shareholding.
