SALT and Toscano Debut at Brigade World Trade Center, Chennai
Chennai: Chennai’s culinary landscape has gained a vibrant new destination with the launch of two celebrated restaurants—Toscano and SALT Indian Restaurant—at Brigade World Trade Center, Perungudi. Sharing one address yet distinct in character, the duo brings together Italian artistry and Indian soul under one roof.
Guests can now enjoy a seamless journey between Toscano’s refined European charm and SALT’s contemporary Indian flair. While Toscano evokes rustic Tuscan elegance with earthy tones and ambient lighting, SALT reimagines modern Indian sophistication through sleek interiors and a fine-dining ambience.
The menus reflect this duality: from handcrafted sourdough pizzas and house-special tiramisu at Toscano to charcoal chicken tikka and the iconic Pardha Mutton Biryani at SALT. Together, they create a dynamic dining destination catering to diverse palates.
Helmed by Chef Goutham Balasubramanian and Chef Balaji Balachander, the opening embodies a shared philosophy of authenticity, creativity, and respect for culinary traditions.
“With this launch, Chennai gains not one but two distinctive dining experiences—each telling its own story, yet harmonizing perfectly within one inspired address,” the team said.
