Schaeffler Appoints Maximilian Fiedler as Regional CEO for Asia Pacific

Chennai: Schaeffler, the global motion technology company, has announced the appointment of Maximilian Fiedler (38) as Regional Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Asia Pacific, effective January 1, 2026. In his new role, Fiedler will also join the Executive Board of Schaeffler Group, representing the Asia Pacific region.

Fiedler has been serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Asia Pacific, since 2022. In June 2025, he additionally assumed the role of Regional CEO Asia Pacific on an interim basis, alongside his CFO responsibilities.

Having joined Schaeffler in 2012, Fiedler brings over a decade of experience within the organisation. His previous leadership roles include Head of External Reporting for Schaeffler Group and Chief Financial Officer of Schaeffler Mexico. Prior to joining Schaeffler, he worked as Treasury Manager at HeidelbergCement AG.
