NICMAR Extends Admission Deadline for MBA/PGDM Programmes Till December 30

Mumbai: The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), India’s premier institution dedicated to Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Management (CRIP) education, has announced an extension of its admission deadline to December 30, 2025 for the upcoming academic year across its campuses in Pune, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad.

The extension comes in response to an overwhelming surge in applications, nearly double compared to last year, reflecting strong interest from core engineering graduates and working professionals. The move ensures that all eligible candidates have additional time to apply and secure their preferred specialisation.

Commenting on the development, Dr. Tapash Kumar Ganguli, Director General (Interim), NICMAR, said:
“India’s infrastructure growth requires professionals who understand both engineering realities and management decision-making. The continued interest in our specialised programmes reflects this need. Extending the application deadline allows serious aspirants additional time to make an informed decision and prepare for careers that directly contribute to nation-building.”

Courses Witnessing Strong Demand

NICMAR’s CRIP-focused postgraduate programmes are seeing particularly high interest this cycle, including:

  • MBA/PGDM in Advanced Construction Management (ACM): Designed for engineering graduates aspiring to leadership roles in construction and EPC environments.
  • MBA/PGDM in Advanced Project Management (APM): Tailored for candidates seeking cross-sector project leadership opportunities in infrastructure, manufacturing, and urban development.
  • PGDM in Quantity Surveying & Contract Management (QSCM): Focused on commercial, contracts, and cost-management expertise for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Preparing Future Leaders

NICMAR’s programmes blend technical foundations with specialised management education, offering engineering graduates a clear pathway into techno-managerial leadership roles. This integrated approach has become a key differentiator, equipping graduates with the skills to meet the evolving demands of India’s infrastructure and construction ecosystem.

Students are encouraged to apply early to secure their specialisation, prepare for personal interviews, and join the early academic orientation.

Extended deadline: December 30, 2025.
