Mega Chennai Job Fair on July 11 to Offer 50,000+ Vacancies Across 500 Companies
Chennai: A Mega Chennai Job Fair featuring more than 500 companies is scheduled to be held at Loyola College, Chennai, on July 11, 2026.
The event is being jointly organized by The Rise Foundation and GiveLife Foundation with the support of Loyola College and members of Chennai’s human resources community.
According to the organizers, the job fair will provide access to more than 50,000 employment opportunities across multiple sectors. Participating companies include 216 organizations from the manufacturing sector and 94 companies from the IT and ITES sector. Employers from banking and financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education and training, logistics, tourism, retail, sales, marketing and several other industries are also expected to participate.
The organizers stated that previous employment initiatives conducted by the two foundations attracted significant participation. A job fair held in Tirunelveli in June 2025 reportedly resulted in more than 8,000 candidates receiving offer letters, while another event organized in Tiruchirappalli in February 2026 helped over 12,000 candidates secure employment opportunities.
For the Chennai event, the organizers have set a target of issuing more than 25,000 offer letters during the one-day fair.
Participation will be free for candidates who complete pre-registration. Candidates attending without prior registration will be required to pay a fee of ₹100.
Pre-registered candidates will have access to online interview preparation and training sessions. They will also receive priority access to participating companies and greater flexibility in selecting employers during the event.

The organizers said they expect the Chennai Job Fair to be among the largest employment-focused events conducted in the country.
