Carrier and PHINIA Receive ISG Paragon Awards North America 2026
Mumbai: Carrier and PHINIA have been recognised at the ISG Paragon Awards North America 2026 for transformation initiatives carried out in partnership with LTM.
LTM said it received recognition in the Excellence category for its work with PHINIA and in the Transformation category for its work with Carrier.
The ISG Paragon Awards recognise enterprise-provider partnerships that use technology, innovation and new operating models to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Carrier
Following a series of mergers and acquisitions, Carrier faced challenges including a fragmented technology landscape, siloed operations and limited visibility into ownership and costs across its more than 2,000 applications.
LTM worked with Carrier to establish an enterprise-wide Application Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR) capability using SAP LeanIX.
The initiative integrated data from ServiceNow, Apptio Cloudability, procurement and operational systems. It also introduced a standardised cost model, executive dashboards and a portfolio rationalisation framework.
PHINIA
For automotive and industrial manufacturer PHINIA, LTM supported the transformation of IT operations through observability, automation, AI-driven support and infrastructure modernisation.
The programme included LogicMonitor observability, a cross-trained Command Center, CMDB optimisation, FinOps practices and application modernisation. According to LTM, the initiatives helped reduce incident resolution times, improve service stability, accelerate infrastructure provisioning and lower operating costs.
Gururaj Deshpande, Chief Delivery Officer, LTM, said the recognitions reflect the companies’ joint work on technology-led transformation and operational improvements.
