Jindal (India) Limited Achieves Product Certificate of Conformity Certification
Mumbai: Jindal (India) Limited, part of the B.C. Jindal Group, has successfully achieved the Product Certificate of Conformity (PCOC) certification for its Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes. The certification was issued by Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) after a rigorous virtual audit.
The certification permits Jindal (India) Limited to supply ERW pipes to Saudi Arabia, a market where adherence to SASO technical regulations is mandatory. The PCOC certificate is valid until April 11, 2026, and covers compliances with the technical regulation for building materials- Part 5. The certification boosts Jindal (India) Limited’s ability to cater to the industrial and infrastructure sectors in the Middle East country.
