Sameera Group to Launch 10 Residential Projects Across 10 Tamil Nadu Districts
Chennai: Chennai-based Sameera Group has announced plans to launch 10 residential projects across 10 districts in Tamil Nadu over 10 days, from August 23 to September 1, 2026.
The initiative, titled “10 Projects in 10 Days across 10 Districts,” involves an investment of approximately ₹300 crore. The projects will include a combination of plotted developments and villas and are planned across Trichy, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Ranipet, Kanchipuram, Chennai, Krishnagiri, Tiruvannamalai and Chengalpattu.
The company described the programme as a first-of-its-kind initiative by a real estate developer in Tamil Nadu. The launches are expected to expand Sameera Group’s presence across several residential markets in the state.
The portfolio includes Vasuki Nagar, Sameera Pavillion, New Vision Township P-9, Sameera Prime and Sameera Florenza Phase-I, along with other projects being introduced as part of the 10-day programme.
Each project is planned across approximately 10 acres, with around 200 units. Plot sizes will start from approximately 800 sq. ft. The developments will comprise residential plots and villas, with proposed features including gated access, entrance arches, parks and other community amenities.
Jayakumar Murugesan, Managing Director, Sameera Group, said the simultaneous launch of projects across 10 districts represents a major expansion for the company. He said the ₹300-crore investment would enable the group to enter several growth markets across Tamil Nadu.
M Sandeep Kumar, Managing Director, Sameera Group, said the projects have been planned in response to demand for organised residential developments in emerging markets across the state. He added that the developments would include plotted projects and villas along with gated environments, parks and community infrastructure.
D Senthil Velan, CEO, Pan India Operations, Sameera Group, said the 10-10-10 initiative begins with Tamil Nadu, where the company has established its presence over the years. He added that the group is also evaluating opportunities in other cities and states as part of its plans to expand beyond Tamil Nadu.
The 10 project launches are scheduled to take place between August 23 and September 1, 2026, across the 10 identified districts.
