Shruti Aggarwal Elevated to Whole-Time Director at DEE Development Engineers
Mumbai: DEE Development Engineers Limited (DDEL), a leading provider of advanced process piping, has announced the elevation of Shruti Aggarwal as a Whole-Time Director of the Company for a period of five years, effective April 14, 2025.
As Whole-Time Director, Aggarwal will oversee the company’s financial strategy, planning, and compliance, while supporting operational decision-making through data-driven insights. She will also continue to serve on the boards of Malwa Power Private Limited and DEE Fabricom India Private Limited.
Aggarwal brings over 13 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, operations, and management reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI), and has completed a PG and PGDM (Finance) from Shri Ram Institute of Management.
