Crescent, RICS launch specialised MBA in Real Estate Management
Chennai: The Crescent School of Business (CSB), part of the B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, has launched an MBA in Real Estate Management (MBA-REM) in collaboration with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
The programme aims to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in India’s rapidly expanding real estate and infrastructure sectors, which are expected to contribute significantly to GDP by 2030.
Developed with global standards, the course covers real estate consulting, valuation, investment management, construction project management, PropTech, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks. It also includes internships, live projects, and industry interactions.
Approved by AICTE, the MBA-REM is open to fresh graduates and working professionals from diverse backgrounds. Admissions for the 2026–2028 batch are now open.
