IIHMR University Hosts Global Health Management Research Conference, Fosters Dialogue on AI-Driven Solutions

Mumbai: IIHMR University, Jaipur, recently organized the Global Health Management Research Conference, bringing together experts to discuss transformative solutions for managing global health.

The conference focused on leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance preparedness for future health challenges, ensuring resilience and innovation in health management. Key topics included sustainable public health management, pharmaceutical management, CSR and ESG management, and digital health and analytics.

Dr. P.R. Sodani, President of IIHMR University, emphasized the importance of technology-driven healthcare solutions, highlighting the university’s School of Digital Health and its specialized programs.

Thirteen organizations signed an MOU with IIHMR University to promote global health management research. A panel discussion explored the future of health management education, and a keynote address by Dr. Subodh Agarwal discussed the Anthropocene era and the need for responsible action to ensure a sustainable future.

Maj Gen (Prof) Atul Kotwal emphasized the importance of strengthening primary healthcare, reducing out-of-pocket expenditure, and ensuring resilient health systems. Dr. S.D. Gupta highlighted the need for high-quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare, citing Ayushman Bharat as a transformative solution.

The conference concluded with a valedictory session, where Dr. Sudhir Bhandari emphasized the need for an interdisciplinary approach, sustainability, and inclusivity in healthcare. The conference report was presented, and awards were given for best paper and poster presentations.
