Indian Accent’s 15th Anniversary Pop-Up at Hyatt Regency Chennai
Chennai: Hyatt Regency Chennai, renowned for its luxurious hospitality and distinctive dining experiences, is excited to host an exclusive pop-up event celebrating the 15th anniversary of Indian Accent, the world’s pioneering modern Indian restaurant. Taking place on November 30th and December 1st, this two-day event brings Indian Accent’s iconic approach to contemporary Indian cuisine to the vibrant culinary scene of Chennai.
Indian Accent has gained international recognition for its inventive reimagining of traditional Indian flavors, blending them with global techniques. The specially curated menu for this pop-up will feature signature dishes like tofu medu vadai with madras gunpowder and sambar cream, arbi galawat with crispy sevai and barberry chutney, ker sangar paneer with rajasthani papad kadhi, and beet and peanut butter chop, kasundi cream, beetroot crisps. Non-vegetarian offerings include kanyakumari crab, telicherry pepper; duck shaami, crispy sevai, barberry chutney, and meetha achaar pork ribs with dried mango and sour apple. Desserts include daulat ki chaat, rose petal chikki, roasted almonds, doda barfi treacle tart, vanilla bean ice cream.
Guests can also enjoy thoughtfully paired Royal Brackla whisky selections that complement the nuanced flavors of the dishes, enhancing the dining experience with a refined touch.
