Manthan Vidyashram Wins Chennai Edition of TCS InQuizitive 2026
Chennai: Students from Manthan Vidyashram emerged as the winners of the Chennai edition of TCS InQuizitive 2026, an inter-school quiz conducted by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
Harshith A. and Tarun KD of Manthan Vidyashram won the Chennai edition following a day of competitive quizzing. The duo will represent Chennai in the national semi-finals.
The Chennai edition saw participation from 692 teams representing 88 schools, including institutions from Puducherry, Madurai, Coimbatore and Kanchipuram.
Rajaseeli Reginald, Scientist G and Additional Director (Vehicle Electronics), CVRDE, DRDO, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Alex Duraisamy, Regional Head, TCS Chennai, represented TCS on the dais.
This year’s edition introduced real-time AI-powered analytics, allowing participating teams to access performance insights after each round and identify areas for improvement.
Speaking at the event, Alex Duraisamy said Chennai’s strong technology ecosystem and culture of learning provide an environment for nurturing young talent. He said the quiz aims to encourage students to develop curiosity, analytical thinking and an interest in technology.
With their win in the Chennai edition, Harshith A. and Tarun KD will now advance to the national semi-finals of TCS InQuizitive 2026.
