Premam Abaranam and Premam Silks Launch Jewellery and Festive Saree Collections in Chennai
Chennai: Premam Abaranam and Premam Silks launched Premam Abaranam and the Grand Festive Edit of Premam Silks in Chennai on September 8, bringing together gold and diamond jewellery and sarees representing different Indian weaving traditions.
The launch event featured jewellery from Premam Abaranam alongside textiles from Premam Silks, with the collections showcasing traditional craftsmanship and contemporary designs.
The event was attended by Archana Kalpathi, CEO, AGS Cinemas and Creative Producer, AGS Entertainment; Saindhavi, Indian vocalist and playback singer; and Vidya Gajapathi Raju Singh, who were the chief guests.
Premam Abaranam presented a selection of gold and diamond jewellery designed for festive occasions and significant personal celebrations. The jewellery combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design elements.
Meanwhile, Premam Silks unveiled its Grand Festive Edit, featuring sarees inspired by weaving traditions from different parts of India.
The collection includes Kanchivaram, Banarasi, Tussar, Organza, Paithani and Patola sarees, among other textile styles. The range features varied weaving techniques, textures and designs suited to festive occasions, gatherings and celebrations.
The event has brought the jewellery and textile collections together under one showcase, highlighting Indian craftsmanship across both categories.
The showcase began on September 8 and will continue through September 9, 2026, allowing visitors to view the collections during the two-day event.
