Sterlite Group Companies Feature Among India’s Best Workplaces™ 2026
Mumbai: Three companies of the Sterlite Group—Serentica Renewables, Resonia Ltd., and Sterlite Electric—have been ranked among the Top 50 in India’s Best Workplaces™ 2026, according to the latest rankings released by Great Place To Work®.
The recognition marks a milestone for the infrastructure and energy sectors, with all three Sterlite Group companies securing positions in the Top 50 in the same year.
According to the rankings, Serentica Renewables secured the 9th position, Sterlite Electric ranked 22nd, and Resonia Ltd. was placed 46th.
Great Place To Work®, a global authority on workplace culture and employee experience, evaluates organisations based on employee trust, pride, camaraderie, leadership, organisational culture, and workplace practices.
Commenting on the achievement, Pratik Agarwal, Chairman of Resonia and Serentica and Managing Director of Sterlite Electric Limited, said having all three companies ranked among the Top 50 reflects the Group’s efforts to build a consistent workplace culture across technically complex and capital-intensive businesses. He added that the recognition highlights employee trust and the Group’s focus on supporting India’s energy transition.
