Aero A2Z Unveils Battle-Proven Radar Solutions for Indian Armed Forces at Aero India 2025
Bangalore: Aero A2Z Services Private Limited, an Indian Aerospace & Defence Company, is introducing a family of Tactical and Medium Range innovative and battle-proven Radar Systems in India. These software-based radars are flexible and adaptable to meet the requirements of the Indian Armed Forces against current and emerging threats.
The radar applications include:
- Very Short to Medium Range Detect and Track Systems: for early detection and tracking of aerial threats
- Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS): to counter the growing threat of drones
- Fire Control (FC) Systems: for precision targeting and engagement
- Counter Rocket, Artillery & Mortar (C-RAM): for protection against rocket and artillery attacks
- Automatic Sense & Warn (AS&W): for real-time threat detection and warning
- Active Protection Systems (APS): for protection against anti-tank missiles and other threats
- Force Protection: for protection of troops and assets
Aero A2Z has a strategic collaboration agreement with DRS RADA Technologies, a leading global leader in Radar technologies, for Technology Transfer & Knowledge Sharing. DRS RADA’s radar systems are deployed by over 30 countries, including the US Armed Forces.
The partnership aims to provide India-specific solutions, coupled with international expertise, to support India’s defence modernization trends. Aero A2Z is setting up a state-of-the-art facility near Gurugram, which will be operational within the next few months.
