Hisense India Opens First Product Experience Centre and New Headquarters in Gurugram
Gurugram: Hisense India has opened its first Product Experience Centre and inaugurated its new headquarters at AIPL Masterpiece in Gurugram, bringing together products from its Hisense and Toshiba television portfolios along with other consumer electronics and home appliances.
The new centre features Hisense products across televisions, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators and other home appliances, as well as Toshiba televisions. It provides a consolidated view of the companies’ current and upcoming product portfolios for the Indian market.
New Products and Technologies on Display
The centre showcases Hisense’s television technologies, including RGB MiniLED TVs and Laser TV, along with its Intelli Cool Pro series air conditioners and recently launched top-load and semi-automatic washing machines.
The display also includes Hisense’s flagship UX RGB MiniLED series in 100-inch and 116-inch models and Toshiba’s 85ZXSP 85-inch television.
Upcoming products displayed at the centre include smart screen and double-door refrigerators, Triple Drum X-Zone Master and front-load washing machines, HVAC systems, dishwashers, microwave ovens and air fryers. The company said these products will be introduced in India in phases.
Pankaj Rana, CEO, Hisense India, said the company is expanding its presence beyond televisions into multiple categories of consumer appliances, with a focus on retail expansion, product localisation and manufacturing in India.
Offline Retail Expansion
Hisense India is expanding its offline presence through retail partners including myG, Nandilath, Reliance Digital, Sonovision, Khosla Electronics, Patra Electronics, Sathya Agencies and Great Eastern Retail. The company also sells through online platforms including Amazon and Flipkart.
According to the company, offline channels are expected to account for nearly 70% of its business in 2026. Hisense India is targeting growth from US$100 million to US$150 million by calendar year 2026, with the upcoming festive season expected to contribute to sales.
Manufacturing Facility in Andhra Pradesh
Hisense India has also started manufacturing at its first Indian manufacturing facility in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. The facility is currently producing washing machines and air conditioners.
The company said it will continue to focus on local manufacturing and product localisation as it expands its operations in India.
