Justdial Launches ChatGPT Integration for Local Business Discovery

Mumbai: Justdial Limited has launched a ChatGPT plugin that allows users to discover local businesses and access verified ratings and service information through conversations.

The integration enables users to describe their requirements in everyday language and find relevant local businesses within ChatGPT. Users can access the feature by adding the Justdial plugin and tagging Justdial in their queries.

According to Justdial, the integration is intended to provide another digital channel for small businesses to reach potential customers, with existing business listings and verified ratings available through the conversational platform.

Shwetank Dixit, Chief Growth Officer, Justdial, said the company aims to expand the visibility of merchants across consumer touchpoints by bringing its local business information into platforms such as ChatGPT.

The launch adds another channel for consumers to access information about local businesses and services listed on Justdial.
