Navin’s Hanging Gardens Receives Platinum Award; Starwood Towers 3.0 (Maple) Wins Gold

Chennai: Chennai-based real estate developer Navin’s has received national recognition at the 2026 Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) National Awards and Infrastructure Skill Development Academy (ISDA) Awards in the Best Construction Project category.

The company’s Navin’s Hanging Gardens project was awarded the Platinum Award, while Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0 (Maple) received the Gold Award.

The awards recognize achievements across various stages of project development, including planning, engineering, construction, and project delivery. The recognition also highlights the contributions of architects, consultants, site teams, contractors, and leadership teams involved in the projects.

According to the company, Navin’s Hanging Gardens draws architectural inspiration from the historic Hanging Gardens of Babylon and incorporates sustainability-focused design elements aimed at modern urban living.

Meanwhile, Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0 (Maple) was recognized for its construction quality, craftsmanship, and design approach focused on creating functional and comfortable living spaces.

Commenting on the recognition, Kalyanaraman, Chief Operating Officer of Navin’s, said the awards reflect the collective efforts, expertise, and teamwork behind the projects.

The national recognition adds to the company’s portfolio of residential developments and acknowledges its work in construction execution and design standards.
