Primus Partners Appoints Mohan Doifode to Lead Middle East Operations
Mumbai: Management consulting firm Primus Partners has appointed Mohan Doifode as Managing Director of Primus Strategic Management Consulting LLC, as part of its efforts to strengthen its presence in the Middle East region.
Based in Dubai and Riyadh, Doifode will oversee the firm’s growth strategy across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market, client engagement initiatives, and consulting services related to strategy, business transformation, public policy, and management advisory.
Doifode brings more than 25 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, and business transformation across India and the Middle East. Before joining Primus Partners, he served as Director (Consulting) at Deloitte India and later founded Meraki Global, a consulting firm serving clients across the GCC region.
He also served as a Colonel in the Indian Army. His professional background includes advisory work for public and private sector organizations on growth, innovation, and organizational transformation initiatives.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, where he earned a Master’s degree in Microelectronics, and Harvard Business School, Doifode has worked with organizations across multiple sectors.
Commenting on the appointment, Primus Partners said the move is aimed at strengthening the firm’s leadership presence in the Middle East and supporting its regional operations as demand for consulting services continues to grow across GCC countries.
The company stated that it plans to further expand its consulting activities in the region, focusing on business transformation, innovation, and advisory services for government and private sector clients.
