Tamil Nadu Shines: 9 Athletes Selected for 26th Asian Athletics Championships
Chennai: The Athletics Federation of India (AFI) has unveiled a 64-member Indian contingent for the 26th Asian Athletics Championships, scheduled to be held in Gumi, South Korea, from May 27 to 31. The team was selected based on performances at the 28th National Federation Senior Athletic Championship in Kochi.

- Praveen Chithravel: Triple Jump
- Servin: 20KM Walk
- Tamilarasu: 4x100M Relay
- Ragul Kumar: 4x100M Relay
- Vishal T.K: 4x400M Relay
- Santhosh Kumar: 4x400M Relay
Women Athletes
- Vithya Ramraj: 400M, 400M Hurdles
- Abinaya Rajarajan: 4x100M Relay
- Subha Venkatesan: 4x400M Relay
