CREDAI Chennai to Host FAIRPRO 2026 with 500+ Projects

Chennai: CREDAI Chennai has announced the 18th edition of FAIRPRO 2026, scheduled to be held from February 20 to 22 at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam.

Billed as South India’s largest property fair, the event will feature over 500 projects from 80+ member developers, covering residential, commercial and plotted developments across Chennai and its emerging corridors. The three-day exhibition is expected to attract more than 50,000 visitors.

Actor Keerthy Suresh is the brand ambassador for FAIRPRO 2026. State Bank of India will serve as the Title Sponsor and exclusive banking partner, offering home loan assistance, while Apollo Hospitals joins as the medical partner.

CREDAI Chennai office-bearers said the fair continues to serve as a trusted platform for homebuyers and investors, bringing developers, banks and industry partners under one roof to offer exclusive deals and financing support.
