LIC Southern Zonal Office Marks 80th Independence Day in Chennai

Chennai: LIC of India’s Southern Zone celebrated the 80th Independence Day at the LIC Building on Anna Salai, Chennai.

K. Murlidar, Zonal Manager, Southern Zone, hoisted the National Tricolour and addressed the gathering on the occasion.

In his Independence Day address, Murlidar extended greetings to employees and recalled LIC’s contribution to the growth and prosperity of the country. He also reiterated the organisation’s commitment to providing financial security and social protection to people across India.

The celebrations at the Southern Zonal Office marked the 80th Independence Day with the participation of LIC officials and employees.
