Antara Senior Care Hands Over 200 Homes at Noida Community

Noida: Antara Senior Care, the senior-care business of Max India Limited, has completed the handover of 200 apartments at its senior-living community in Sector 150, Noida, within less than two months of starting the possession process.

The handover marks a milestone in the first phase of the project, with the first residents already moving into the community.

Antara Noida comprises 340 residential units and is designed to combine independent living with wellness, care and lifestyle services for senior citizens. The community aims to support residents’ changing needs while promoting independence, wellbeing and social interaction.

Rajit Mehta, Managing Director and CEO of Antara Senior Living Limited and Max India, said the project brings together residential facilities, healthcare support, wellness services and lifestyle offerings to help seniors live independently while accessing care when required.

The company said the remaining homes would be part of the community’s ongoing possession process.
