Olive by Embassy Launches Open Hotels, World’s First Remote, AI-Native Hotel Operator

Mumbai: Olive by Embassy, the tech-forward hospitality arm of Embassy Group, has launched Open Hotels, a revolutionary hotel brand that combines remote operation with AI-native technology.

Key Highlights:

  • Open Hotels offers two models: Franchise and Full Management, allowing hotel owners to access Olive’s tech stack and remote AI command center.
  • The platform replaces front desks with live video reception, handled centrally, and reduces staff-to-room ratio by 57%.
  • Voice AI monitors guest interactions, alerting remote teams to potential issues and enabling real-time intervention.
  • Open Hotels aims to lead India’s hotel industry, exporting Indian hospitality talent globally via remote operations.

Kahraman Yigit, CEO & Co-founder, Olive by Embassy, said, “We were the first to run hotel receptions through video conferencing. The tech was too powerful to keep to ourselves, so we’re now offering it under Open Hotels.”

Innovative Technology:

Open Hotels’ remote hotel management system has filed a patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The system uses audio-video analytics and predictive housekeeping to deliver more situational awareness with fewer people.

Global Ambitions:

With India’s 2.5 million hotel rooms, Open Hotels aims to produce a 1M-room hotel brand, exporting India’s top hospitality talent remotely and globally.
