John Cockerill Partners with IIT Bombay to Drive Innovation in Steel Decarbonization and Green Hydrogen
John Cockerill Group, a leading technology solutions provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) to drive innovation in steel decarbonization technology, green hydrogen value chain, and defense product development.
Key Objectives:
- Joint research initiatives in steel decarbonisation technologies, green hydrogen value chain, and defense products development
- Development of new solutions to address the evolving needs of the global steel sector, focusing on sustainability and reducing carbon emissions
- Creation of Centres of Excellence dedicated to steel technology, defense products, and green hydrogen value chain
