SRMIST Launches 15-Month PGDM-X Programme for Working Professionals with Global Exposure via NUS Singapore
Chennai, May 12, 2026: SRM Institute of Science and Technology has announced the launch of its Post Graduate Diploma in Management for Executives (PGDM-X), a 15-month programme tailored for working professionals aiming to advance into leadership roles without taking a career break. The programme is offered in academic collaboration with National University of Singapore.
Designed for mid- and senior-level professionals, entrepreneurs, and aspiring CXOs, the PGDM-X blends on-campus learning with online modules, industry mentorship, and international exposure. The course structure includes six residencies at SRMIST, interspersed with five online learning phases, and culminates in a seven-day global immersion at the NUS campus in Singapore.
The curriculum focuses on emerging business and leadership demands shaped by artificial intelligence, digital transformation, sustainability, and global market dynamics. Key areas of study include AI and machine learning for business analytics, strategic marketing, financial markets, leadership communication, entrepreneurship, supply chain management, and design thinking.
According to SRMIST, the programme places strong emphasis on practical learning through case studies, simulations, masterclasses, and industry interaction, enabling participants to apply insights directly within their organisations.
The PGDM-X is supported by a distinguished advisory board comprising noted academicians and industry leaders, including Rishikesha T. Krishnan, Bibek Banerjee, and Mukund R. Dixit, among others. The teaching faculty includes experts from premier institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Lucknow, and Ashoka University, along with professionals from global corporations.
Participants will also gain access to over 530 hours of faculty engagement, industry sessions, and project-based learning, along with the broader SRM alumni network of more than 2 lakh professionals worldwide.
Admissions will be conducted through a selective process involving application screening and interaction rounds. The total programme fee is ₹12.8 lakh, covering tuition, accommodation, academic materials, and the international immersion in Singapore.
