WeWork India Opens Atrium Place Centre in Gurugram, Expands NCR Presence
Mumbai: WeWork India has expanded its footprint in the National Capital Region with the launch of WeWork Atrium Place in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
Spread across approximately 90,000 sq. ft. over two floors, the new centre offers more than 1,200 desks and marks WeWork India’s 15th centre in Udyog Vihar and its sixth in partnership with real estate developer DLF. The transaction was supported by CBRE.
Located near NH 48 and Rapid Metro access, and about 10 km from IGI Airport, Atrium Place is positioned to cater to growing demand for premium flexible workspaces in Gurugram, which accounts for nearly 60% of NCR’s office market share, according to ICRA.
WeWork India said it has seen a 50% increase in enterprise desks in NCR over the past two years, driven by strong demand from finance, technology and professional services sectors.
The company currently operates across eight cities in India, managing over 1.21 lakh desks, offering flexible workspace solutions to businesses ranging from startups to large enterprises.
