VBJ to Hold Jewellery Exhibition in Karur on June 5 and 6

Karur: Vummidi Bangaru Jewellers (VBJ) will conduct a jewellery exhibition in Karur on June 5 and 6, 2026, at Hotel Hemala, Heemanjali Hall, located on Police Lane Street in the city.

According to the company, the exhibition is being organised in response to continued customer interest and participation from Karur over the years. The event will feature a range of jewellery collections, including bridal gold and diamond jewellery, necklaces, bangles, earrings, rings, chains, gemstones, and solitaire designs.

The exhibition will showcase products across different categories, reflecting a mix of traditional and contemporary jewellery styles.

Speaking about the event, Amarendran Vummidi, Managing Partner of VBJ, said the company has received consistent support from customers in Karur and that the exhibition aims to present a curated selection of jewellery collections to local customers.

Jithendra Vummidi, Managing Partner, said customer preferences are evolving towards jewellery that combines functionality with distinctive design. He noted that the exhibition includes collections ranging from bridal jewellery to designs suitable for everyday and occasion wear.

VBJ, a fifth-generation family-run jewellery business, is also known for its association with the Sengol, a ceremonial sceptre that was installed near the Speaker’s chair in India’s new Parliament building, Sansad Bhavan. The company stated that the Sengol was rediscovered through research conducted by its team before its reinstallation.

The jeweller also announced plans to open its largest showroom on Coimbatore’s 100 Feet Road.

The exhibition will remain open to visitors from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the event period.
