Interarch Building Solutions Reports Strong Q1 FY2026 Results

Mumbai: Interarch Building Solutions Limited, a leading player in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The company reported a net revenue growth of 25.5% to INR 381 Cr in Q1 FY26, compared to INR 303 Cr in Q1 FY25.

Key Highlights

The company’s EBITDA (excluding other income) increased by 16.6% to INR 32 Cr, while EBITDA margin stood at 8.3%. Profit After Tax for the quarter was INR 28 Cr, up from INR 20 Cr in Q1 FY25. The total order book as of July 31, 2025, stands at INR 1,605 Cr.

Growth Momentum and Expansion Plans

Arvind Nanda, Managing Director, Interarch Building Solutions Ltd., expressed confidence in sustaining the growth momentum, citing a healthy order book and robust pipeline. The company is expanding its capacity with Phase-1 of its 5th PEB unit at Athivaram, Andhra Pradesh, ramping up well, and plans to commission Phase-2 and a new facility at Kiccha, Uttarakhand, in Q2 FY26.

Strategic Partnerships and Future Plans

Interarch has strategic partnerships with Jindal Steel & Power and Moldtek Technologies to transform urban infrastructure and expand its global footprint. The company aims to double revenues over the next 3-4 years, backed by strong customer relationships, efficient working capital management, and robust cash flows.
