Savya Rasa Hosts “Karunadu Swada” Karnataka Food Festival Till November 30
Chennai Savya Rasa, the restaurant renowned for celebrating South Indian regional cuisines, is presenting “Karunadu Swada”, a Karnataka Food Festival that runs through November 30, 2025. The festival offers diners an authentic taste of Karnataka’s diverse culinary heritage, blending tradition with contemporary flair.
Karnataka’s cultural richness — expressed through art, music, dance forms like Dollu Kunitha and Kambala, and iconic celebrations such as Mysore Dasara — finds a culinary reflection in this festival. Karunadu Swada is designed as both a gastronomic journey and a cultural exploration, highlighting how history, geography, and community shape the state’s food traditions.
The specially curated menu features regional favourites including Kaayi Vada, Mamsa Bele Gojju, Mottu Manji, Kudla Chicken Biriyani, Tetti Chops, and Sanjeera with Belgavi Kunda. Each dish pays tribute to Karnataka’s deep-rooted legacy and vibrant flavours.
With this initiative, Savya Rasa continues its mission to preserve and promote India’s regional cuisines, offering guests a chance to immerse themselves in the aromas, tastes, and traditions that define Karnataka’s culinary soul.
