ICL Fincorp Opens NCD Issue Offering Effective Yield of Up to 12.25%

Chennai: ICL Fincorp has opened its latest public issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on August 10, 2026. The issue will remain open until August 21, 2026, according to the company.

The NCD issue offers an effective yield of up to 12.25% and carries a CRISIL BBB-/Stable rating. Each NCD has a face value of ₹1,000, with a minimum application size of ₹10,000, equivalent to 10 NCDs, and additional applications can be made in multiples of one NCD.

10 Schemes Across Five Tenures

The issue comprises 10 schemes across 10 ISINs, with tenure options of 13, 24, 36, 60 and 72 months.

Investors can choose from monthly, annual and cumulative interest payout options. The interest rates offered under the various schemes range from 10.00% to 12.25%.

According to ICL Fincorp, the proceeds from the NCD issue will be used to support the company’s growth initiatives and services across its operations.

ICL Fincorp’s Operations

ICL Fincorp said it has a 35-year operating history and is led by Adv. K.G. Anilkumar, Chairman and Managing Director.

The company’s operations currently extend across 13 states — Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, Gujarat, West Bengal, Goa, Delhi, Rajasthan and Bihar.

The company operates in areas including gold loans, hire purchase loans and business loans. The ICL Group has also expanded its operations into travel, fashion and diagnostics.

Its subsidiary, Salem Erode Investments, is a BSE-listed non-banking financial company (NBFC).
