Cosmo First Appoints Yamini Kumar Jaipuria as Whole Time Director
Mumbai: Cosmo First Limited, a global conglomerate, has appointed Yamini Kumar Jaipuria as Whole Time Director, Corporate Strategy, ESG & CSR, for a 5-year term, effective immediately.
Jaipuria, an accomplished business leader with nearly two decades of experience, will support the Chairman & Managing Director in transforming the company into a ‘Future Ready’ organization. She will focus on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Ethics, Social Media, Employer and Corporate Branding, Diversity and Inclusion, and leadership development.
As Corporate Advisor to Cosmo First since 2020, Ms. Jaipuria played a pivotal role in transforming the HR function, CSR initiatives, and social media strategies. She also launched and sustained initiatives focused on education, women empowerment, and environmental protection as Managing Trustee of Cosmo Foundation.
Jaipuria has received numerous awards for Business Excellence and HR Impact, including the GE India President Awards five times. She holds a master’s degree in international relations from the London School of Economics, UK, and an MBA from the American College, London, UK.
