HGS Wins Two Gold Awards at Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2025
Mumbai: Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has been honored with two Gold Awards at the prestigious Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2025. The company earned recognition in the categories of ‘Best Employee Engagement’ and ‘Best Social Impact’, reaffirming its commitment to empowering people and building thriving communities.
Employee Engagement and Social Impact
HGS’ flagship employee volunteering program, ‘Work to Give,’ won Gold in the ‘Best Employee Engagement’ category for driving purpose-led engagement and strengthening employee connections. Over 4,000 volunteers contributed to community projects, demonstrating HGS’ focus on creating a workplace where people feel connected and motivated. The company’s ‘Integrated Water Management for Sustainable Development’ project in Ajmer, Rajasthan, secured Gold in the category of “Best Social Impact” for its transformative contribution to local communities.
Impact and Recognition
The initiative has improved water access for over 10,000 households, empowered women to lead community asset management, and revived farmland through efficient irrigation practices.
