Citroën India Launches Exclusive Dark Edition: A Striking All-Black Statement

Chennai: Citroën India has introduced the Citroën Dark Edition, a limited-run collection featuring the top variants of the C3, Aircross, and Basalt SUV Coupe. The launch event was highlighted by the presence of cricket icon and Citroën’s Brand Ambassador, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who revealed the Dark Edition and became the inaugural owner of the Basalt Dark Edition.

The Citroën Dark Edition features striking Perla Nera Black exteriors with dark chrome accents, Carbon Black interiors with Lava Red detailing, luxurious leatherette seat covers, and high-gloss finishes. The limited edition is available at an additional price starting at INR 19,500.

“The Dark Edition reflects our dedication to merging bold aesthetics with contemporary flair, creating distinct vehicles that resonate with the evolving preferences of Indian consumers,” said Shishir Mishra, Brand Director at Citroën India.

The Citroën Dark Edition will be available across the country, with limited units offered exclusively on the top variants of the C3, Aircross, and Basalt SUV Coupe. The launch is supported by Citroën’s extensive dealership network, including VTK Automobiles, the exclusive dealer for Citroen and Jeep in Chennai.

MS Dhoni, cricket legend and Citroën’s Brand Ambassador, was present at the launch event and became the first owner of the Basalt Dark Edition, marking a significant moment for this eagerly awaited series.
