Greaves Electric Mobility Expands B2B Play with Alt Mobility Collaboration
Mumbai: Greaves Electric Mobility Ltd. (GEML) has expanded its partnership with Alt Mobility to accelerate electric fleet adoption across India, strengthening the country’s transition to sustainable last-mile mobility.
Alt Mobility currently operates over 700 Ampere Magnus SW S vehicles in Delhi and Bengaluru and plans to scale further with GEML. The Magnus SW S—built for B2B needs—is being deployed with support from Indofast Energy, which provides energy infrastructure and battery-swapping solutions to maximize uptime.
Vikas Singh, Managing Director, GEML, said: “Our partnership with Alt Mobility reflects our vision to build a future-ready B2B ecosystem where electric mobility is not just sustainable but also accessible and efficient.”
Under the collaboration, GEML will supply electric two-wheelers while Alt Mobility will lease them through its Drive-to-Own model, giving gig riders, delivery partners, and fleet operators affordable access to zero-emission transport.
Manufactured at Ampere’s Ranipet facility, the Magnus SW S is designed for cargo and passenger movement with a dual-frame chassis (200 kg payload), 165 mm ground clearance, 12” tyres, and IoT-enabled smart features for efficient fleet management. It comes with a warranty of up to 3 years or 75,000 km and is supported by 500+ Ampere Care touchpoints nationwide.
This collaboration marks a milestone in GEML’s strategy to strengthen its B2B segment with products and solutions that Outperform, Outlast & Outshine.
